The House in Evia embraces the simple nature of the concave curve, to create intimate outdoor loggias, surrounding the living spaces, emphasizing the play of light and shadow. The residence houses a large double height living room, that connects seamlessly with the outdoors. The bedrooms are arranged on the north side of the plan, allowing for increased privacy and gentler light in the mornings. The primary bedroom, located on the ground level, has direct access to the garden, while two secondary bedroom with en suite bathrooms enjoy the private terrace on the first floor.
